Yes we do! We also sell individual plants recommended and approved by Estates across Melbourne and Victoria.

We are open online 24/7 and can be contacted via phone or email. Our suppliers are located in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
A Direct Bank Transfer option is available. Once you have processed the order, our BSB and ACC details are provided for you with a reference code.
Afterpay and Zip Pay are also options for you. You must first apply for an account with these companies before you can use them on this website.ย
Plants for Spaces uses the Commonwealth Bank of Australia for secure payment gateway transactions and we do not store any credit card information. In addition to this, credit card details are encrypted to minimise the possibility of unauthorised access or disclosure.
Delivery
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver all plants and garden packages to Melbourne Metro. (Regional deliveries have temporarily ceased due to driver shortages and long delays)
How long does it take for my plants to arrive?
We aim to have our garden package orders delivered as fast as possible, within 1-5 business days.ย
For regional estate deliveries, we will be grouping orders for a set arrival date. Multiple front yards will have their plant packages delivered on the same date.
We use specialised plant carriers (not Australia Post) to ensure the best delivery for your plants.
Weโll confirm the delivery date and time with you prior via email, and on the day via SMS.
How much is delivery?
Free Delivery is offered for Melbourne Metro orders above $225.00
A Flat Rate of $49.00 is applied to all Melbourne Metro orders (under $225.00)
Regional Victorian orders have temporarily ceased due to driver shortages and long delays

Do I need to be at home when my plants are delivered?
We highly recommend someone is home toย accept your delivery on the day.
Weโll confirm the delivery dateย and time with you prior via email, and on the day via SMS.
Our delivery driver will take a photo of your unpacked order at your address as Proof of Delivery.
Our delivery team will endeavor to find the safest and most secure place to leave your plants. If there is nowhere feasible to leave your plants, then your plants will be taken back to the Plants For Spaces depot. A new delivery time will be arranged at your expense.
Cancellations and Refunds
Can I make changes or cancel my order once itโs placed?
Unfortunately not.ย Please ensure you pay close attention when placing an order. Once an order is placed we are unable to make any alterations, including cancellation.
If you want to add more plants to your order, simply place an additional order online.
Can I return my plants and get a refund?
As plants are a living, perishable item and affected by many external factors, we can not offer exchanges or refunds.
All plants are quality checked by our horticultural team before being delivered to you, to ensure you are receiving the best quality plants.
Our Deliveryย team take a Proof of Delivery photo once the plants are delivered to your door.ย This ensures they arrive to you in the same quality state as when they left Plants For Spaces. View Refund Policy
My plants arrived damaged. What do I do?
We are so sorry to hear your plants have arrived damaged, here is what to do:
Please email a photo at time of delivery with your order number toย [email protected]ย and weโll get back to you as soon as possible.
