Blue Chalksticks (Mandraliscae)

Senecio mandraliscae, or Blue Chalksticks, is a succulent with blue-gray cylindrical foliage. This drought-tolerant succulent forms clusters cylindrical leaves. It is used as a groundcover and looks superb in rock gardens. It produces small yellow flowers in summer. Grows to 30cm.
